Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains what Pizza Loop (Welcome Lane LLC) collects, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to pizzaloop.io, app.pizzaloop.io, our mobile apps, and any storefront on the pizzaloop.io / *.pizzaloop.io domain.

2. Data we collect

From pizza shops (our customers): business name, address, contact info, owner and staff account details, menu and order history, integration credentials (SMS provider, payments processor), and analytics on how you use the dashboard.

From your end customers (pizza buyers): name, phone, email, delivery address, order history, and loyalty points. We only collect this on your behalf as your service provider; it stays your data.

From website visitors: pages viewed, referring source, UTM parameters, device and browser type, and IP address. This is standard web analytics collected via Google Analytics 4.

3. Why we collect it

To operate the Services (take orders, run kitchen displays, send SMS you author, etc.), to bill you, to keep the platform secure, to improve product features based on aggregate usage, and to respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We do not use your customers' data to train AI models.

4. How we store and protect it

Data is stored on Supabase (Postgres in the United States) and Vercel (US edge). Access from our team is limited to what is needed to operate the Services, logged, and reviewed. Card payment data is handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payments partner; we never store full card numbers.

5. Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run Pizza Loop (Supabase, Vercel, Stripe/our payments partner, our SMS/email providers, Google Analytics). Each is bound by a data processing agreement. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of users.

6. Your choices

If you are a pizza shop owner: you can export or delete your data from your dashboard, disconnect integrations at any time, and cancel your subscription. On cancellation we delete your account data within 30 days.

If you are an end customer of a pizza shop using Pizza Loop: your data belongs to the shop that took your order. Contact that shop for access, correction, or deletion. We will assist the shop in fulfilling your request.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the site is used. You can disable analytics cookies via your browser or an opt-out tool. Essential cookies are required for the Services to function.

8. SMS and email consent

If a pizza shop uses Pizza Loop to send SMS or email to its customers, that shop is responsible for obtaining opt-in consent and honoring opt-outs. Pizza Loop provides opt-out handling but the shop is the legal sender.

9. Children

Pizza Loop is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

10. International

Pizza Loop is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the US, you consent to the transfer of your data to the US for processing.

11. Changes

We'll update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice.
