Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Pizza Loop is a product of Welcome Lane LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("we", "us", "Welcome Lane"). By creating a Pizza Loop account or accessing pizzaloop.io or app.pizzaloop.io ("the Services"), you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during signup, for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Subscription and billing

Pizza Loop is a paid subscription service. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Payment processing for card acceptance at your shop (Pizza Loop Payments) is provided by our payments partner. By enabling Pizza Loop Payments you also agree to our payments partner's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to send unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent messages, to violate any applicable law (including telecom compliance rules such as A2P 10DLC), or to interfere with other users' access. You are responsible for the content you send to your customers via SMS, email, or push notification, and for maintaining valid opt-in consent for every recipient.

5. Your data

Menu data, order history, customer contacts, and other business data you upload to Pizza Loop are yours. We store and process this data to provide the Services and improve them. You can export or delete your data at any time by contacting us at support@pizzaloop.io. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how.

6. Intellectual property

The Services (software, brand, and documentation) are owned by Welcome Lane. You get a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use them for your business. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is". We do our best to keep them running and secure, but we don't warrant that they'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Services in a way that harms other users or our operations. On termination, your license to the Services ends and we will delete your account data within 30 days unless you ask us to retain it or legal requirements require otherwise.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
