What is included in the setup fee?
Your setup fee covers the full hardware bundle (card reader, receipt printer, cash drawer, and iPads at higher tiers), menu build, brand + logo configuration, staff training, and the 30-day supported cutover. Nothing else to buy on day one. It is a real chunk of work that we do for every new shop, and pricing it separately lets our monthly rate stay competitive. Setup fees are one-time.
What is included in Pizza Loop Payments?
Pizza Loop Payments is our built-in card processing. 3.2% + $0.05 in-person, 3.4% + $0.30 online. That includes PCI compliance, chargeback protection, hardware provisioning, and 24/7 support. No monthly minimum. No hidden statement fees. Competitive with Toast (3.5%) and Square (3.5%).
Can I use my existing card processor instead?
On Growth and Pro tiers, yes. We can integrate with most major card processors. Note that Pizza Loop hardware is optimized for Pizza Loop Payments, so bringing your own processor may limit hardware options and forfeits the payments-related support.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. Monthly billing, cancel anytime. The setup fee is one-time. If you cancel within 90 days on Pro, we refund the setup fee (that is the switching guarantee).
What happens if I have more than 3 locations?
Pro includes 3 locations. Location 4+ is $99/mo each. At 10+ locations, we move you to Enterprise pricing, which includes a dedicated Customer Success Manager and custom integration budget.
What if I sell franchises?
Franchise tools are included in Pro. HQ dashboard, brand-locked menu control, franchisee-scoped access, franchise sales kit. If you are selling franchises actively, we recommend Enterprise for the dedicated support and Franchise Development Manager.
How long does setup take?
Starter: 7-10 days from signature to live. Growth: 10-14 days. Pro: 14-21 days (more locations, more training). We do the work; you provide menu + logo + hours + hardware install access.
