Boost
Slow Tuesday? One tap. Customers show up.
Boost is the one-tap AI feature that rescues slow days. Owner taps Boost. AI writes the offer, picks the audience, sends via SMS, push notification, and paid ads. Customers arrive within the hour.

Pick a preset, target the audience, send.

The problem Boost solves
Every pizza shop has slow hours. Tuesdays 2-4pm. Rainy Wednesdays. The 15% overflow of pepperoni that’s about to expire in the walk-in. The lunch rush that didn’t materialize.
Historically, the response was: “we should send a text to our loyalty list.” Then someone has to write the copy. Segment the list. Actually send it. That’s a 45-minute manual job most owners skip because they’re busy running the kitchen.
Boost is the button that does all of that in one tap.
What happens when you press Boost
- AI reads your context — your recent order pattern, inventory levels, weather, day-of-week, historical performance for this time slot.
- Generates 2-3 offer options — “30% off pepperoni pies for the next 3 hours” or “Large + drink for $12 today only” or “Free delivery for next 2 hours”.
- Picks the audience — usually loyalty members within a distance radius, sometimes filtered by past-order preferences (“customers who’ve ordered pepperoni before”).
- Sends the offer — SMS to the audience, push notification to Pizza Pass subscribers, and if you’ve enabled paid ads, geofenced Meta ad to your ZIP codes.
- Tracks results — orders attributed to the campaign, redemption rate, revenue lift vs a normal Tuesday 2pm.
Owner sees each step, approves or edits, and confirms. From tap to sent takes about 60 seconds.
Real-world Boost scenarios
Ingredient clearance — Too much pepperoni in the walk-in.
- Offer: “30% off pepperoni pies for the next 3 hours”
- Audience: loyalty members within 5 miles
- Result: 12 orders in the window, pepperoni cleared before expiration
Slow lunch — Tuesday 2pm always quiet.
- Offer: “Large pizza + drink, $12 today only”
- Audience: lapsed customers who ordered lunch in the past
- Result: 18 orders during a normally dead 2-hour window
Weather rescue — Rain forecast tonight.
- Offer: “Free delivery on all orders $20+ tonight”
- Audience: loyalty members + Meta ad in ZIP codes with rain forecast
- Result: delivery order volume 2x a normal Wednesday
What Boost writes for you
The AI copy is not generic marketing-speak. It’s tight, operator-voiced, and specific:
“Pepperoni pies only, next 3 hours, 30% off. No code needed. Show up or tap to order.”
Every draft is editable in the same tap flow. You can send as-is or tweak the offer, audience, or copy.
Cost economics
- SMS carrier fees — passed through at cost from Twilio, typically $0.008-0.012 per message. A 500-recipient Boost costs $4-6 in SMS fees.
- Meta ad spend — if enabled, you fund the ad budget (typically $10-25 per Boost). Optional.
- Push notifications — free.
A well-targeted Boost that generates 10 orders at $22 average ticket = $220 in incremental revenue for ~$6-30 in campaign cost.
Boost recipes across the Loop family
Boost is the same button on every Loop vertical:
- Chiro Loop — fill empty adjustment slots this afternoon
- Spa Loop — massage therapist idle at 2pm
- Dental Loop — hygienist has a same-week cancellation
- Barber Loop — chair open in the next hour
The recipe adjusts to the vertical. The tap is the same.
What Boost replaces
- Attentive SMS ($200-500/mo + carrier fees)
- Podium campaigns ($200-400/mo)
- LevelUp campaigns
- Manual SMS blast tools like EZ Texting
- The 45-minute internal “we should send a text” process
Included in Pizza Loop’s base price. SMS carrier fees pass through at cost.
