For multi-location operators
Every location. One dashboard. Real time.
You didn't build 3-10 stores to log into 3-10 different systems. Pizza Loop rolls sales, food cost, labor, and ticket time up in real time — with per-location drill-down when you need it.

The multi-location trap
Once you hit two or three locations, running the same reports across each store manually becomes untenable. Most operators end up in one of two places:
- Duct tape: same POS at each location, weekly manual export to Excel, one report a week that’s already stale by Monday morning.
- Enterprise upgrade: whichever POS you started with (Toast, HungerRush, SpeedLine) tries to sell you their enterprise tier. Pricing goes 3-5x per location, and the rollout takes six months.
Neither is great. You end up spending money on visibility instead of on the shops.
What Pizza Loop’s multi-location does
Every location is a first-class tenant. Every store’s POS, KDS, online ordering, customer database, and reports exist in isolation — a manager at location 3 can’t see location 5’s customer list, and shouldn’t.
Above every location is a roll-up view for the operator (you):
- Sales today, this week, this month, per location and total
- Food cost as a percentage, per location, with a trailing 4-week trend
- Labor cost as a percentage, per location, with staffing red-flags
- Median and 90th-percentile ticket time, per location, per day-part
- Top-performing menu items across all locations
- Underperforming menu items at specific locations (a cue for local promotions)
You can drill from the roll-up into any single location, see any single day, any single shift. Same data model, no re-training.
Menu control
You decide which menu items are location-level and which are corporate-locked. Specialty pies stay consistent across every location. Local specials can vary. Prices can vary by location (Midtown Manhattan’s slice price ≠ Long Island’s slice price).
Marketing coordination
- Corporate campaigns run across every location — the same Boost promotion sent to every store’s loyalty list simultaneously.
- Local Boost fires per-location when a specific store has a slow day or excess inventory.
- Meta ads are geofenced per location automatically.
- Review response is centralized so brand voice stays consistent, but individual reviews are location-tagged.
Adding location 4, 5, 6
The first location takes 90 days. Every location after copies the corporate template:
- Provision new tenant, copy menu and settings from the corporate template
- Hardware ships to the new location
- Local manager training (same platform, so training is repeatable)
- Live in a week
We’ve done this weekly for operators in growth phases.
The financial picture
Typical 4-location operator today:
- POS enterprise tier (Toast): $500-800/mo per location = $2,000-3,200/mo
- Loyalty (Toast Loyalty at enterprise): $200-500/mo
- Online ordering: $300-600/mo
- Inventory (Restaurant365 enterprise): $500-1,000/mo
- Marketing agency: $2,000-5,000/mo
- Corporate reporting stack (Tableau + custom ETL): $2,000-4,000/mo
- Total: $7,000-14,300/mo for 4 locations
Pizza Loop Growth × 4 locations = ~$5,988/mo all-in, including managed marketing.
For most 4-location operators, that’s $1,000-8,000/mo of monthly savings — and a system that actually rolls up in real time.
When we’re the right fit
- You’re running 3-15 locations
- You want real-time visibility, not weekly Excel exports
- You’re tired of paying enterprise multiples for features that should be standard
- You want marketing that scales with you without hiring a separate director
When we’re not
- You’re running 50+ locations with a corporate BI team already in place. Toast Enterprise or your custom stack might still make sense.
- You need an enterprise integration ecosystem that we’re still building out (deep ERP tie-ins, complex payroll systems).
For everyone in the 3-15 location range, we’re likely the right call.
