Franchise Tools
One system. Every store. Every dollar in real time.
Pizza Loop is built for franchise from day one. Franchisees log into their own store view. HQ sees every location, every sale, every metric in real time. New locations spin up in a week. Franchise sales kit included.

One HQ view. Every location, every dollar.
Every screenshot on this page is from the live app running against a real demo shop. What you see is what you ship.
Why most POS systems fail at franchise
Restaurant POS systems are usually built for the single-location owner. Multi-location and franchise support gets bolted on later, often as an “enterprise tier” with per-location fees that scale badly.
Toast Enterprise. Square Plus multi-location. SpeedLine’s enterprise tier. HungerRush enterprise. Every one of them treats franchise as a premium upsell.
Pizza Loop was built the opposite way. Multi-location and franchise are core to the data model. Every location is a first-class tenant. Every user has a location scope. Every dashboard is location-aware. There’s no “enterprise upgrade” — the same system runs one store or fifty.
What the franchisee gets
- Their own login, scoped to their location
- Full POS, KDS, online ordering, customer database — same as any single-shop Pizza Loop tenant
- Their own P&L: sales, food cost, labor cost, ticket count, weekly trend
- Local marketing tools (Boost, reactivation) targeted to their customer base
- Local hardware they own (iPads, Pizza Loop card reader, printer)
- Their own Pizza Loop Payments account, or routed through the franchisor’s per agreement
What HQ (the franchisor) gets
- Roll-up dashboard: every location’s sales, food cost, labor, ticket time — real-time
- Compare-to-average views: which locations are outperforming, which are underperforming
- Menu management with lock-down rules: “specialty pies must match the corporate recipe”
- Brand-standard enforcement: colors, box design, uniforms, promo cadence
- Franchisee-scoped reporting for royalty and marketing-fund calculations
- Franchise sales pipeline (leads for new franchisees) tracked in the same CRM
Franchise sales kit (included with the Franchise tier)
Ready-to-use materials for signing new franchisees:
- Info pack PDF with brand overview, unit economics, franchise fee structure
- Franchise sales landing page (
franchise.yourbrand.com) built into the marketing site - Application flow — lead capture, qualification questions, discovery call scheduling
- Discovery day materials — presentation deck, financial model spreadsheet, territory map templates
- Contract templates — franchise agreement, area development agreement (attorney review still recommended)
The unit economics story
For a franchisor, Pizza Loop is a competitive advantage in the pitch to franchisees:
- Franchisees know their P&L in real time (not monthly through corporate accounting)
- Marketing runs itself (Boost + managed ads means less local marketing headache)
- Loyalty and reordering are already built (no “we need a marketing agency” objection)
- Franchisor sees ops issues before the franchisee has to escalate
That’s easier to sign new franchisees against than “we run on QuickBooks + Toast + separate marketing”.
New location launch: one week
The first location takes 90 days (brand, menu, hardware, training, launch). Every location after copies the existing configuration:
- Day 1-2: Provision new tenant location, copy menu + settings from corporate template
- Day 3-5: Hardware ships to new location, gets installed
- Day 6-7: Franchisee training (same platform as location 1, so training is repeatable)
- Day 8: New location goes live
We’ve done this in one week per location. Faster than most competing systems can turn around a discovery quote.
What Pizza Loop’s franchise tools replace
- Toast Enterprise ($500-2000/mo per location plus platform fee)
- HungerRush enterprise tier
- SpeedLine enterprise
- Corporate BI stacks (Tableau/Looker + custom ETL): $2000-10000/mo
- Franchise management software (FranConnect, ServiceMinder): $200-800/mo per location
Included in Pizza Loop’s Franchise tier per-location price.
