POS + Online ordering
Pizza POS with online ordering built in.
One menu. One cart. One kitchen ticket. One customer list. Pizza Loop is the pizza point-of-sale system with native online ordering, not a POS with a bolt-on add-on.
Why bundling POS and online ordering matters
Every pizza shop we onboard is running at least two systems on day one: a POS (Toast, Square, Aloha, Clover) and a separate online ordering platform (Toast Online, Chownow, Slice, or a custom site). Sometimes three. The result is predictable:
- Menu drift. The medium pepperoni is $16.99 in-store and $17.49 online because someone updated one and forgot the other.
- Missing customer data. The customer who orders online has no idea they earned loyalty points on their last in-store order, and vice versa.
- Duplicate close-out. Your bookkeeper reconciles POS and Online Ordering revenue separately every night. Half the errors happen here.
- Duplicate cost. $500/month POS + $200/month online + $0.50 per online order add up to more than most pizza shops pay for rent.
What Pizza Loop does differently
Pizza Loop is a single system. The iPad on your counter and the storefront your customers order from are the same product, connected to the same Postgres database. Change a topping price and it is instant across POS, online ordering, printed receipts, and third-party menus (if you use the marketplace integrations).
A customer places an online order. It lands in your Kitchen Display. The Kitchen Display is the same screen that shows the orders your cashier is ringing up. Same queue, same clock, same customer name. When the kitchen bumps it to ready, the customer gets a text and the cashier can see it is out for delivery.
The features that come standard
- Native half-and-half and size-by-topping matrix pricing. Priced once, applied everywhere including online.
- Delivery zone rules. Draw your zone on a map. Set a per-zone minimum and delivery fee. Online orders get the same rules the phone gets.
- Customer database that unifies channels. The same phone number in-store and online. Loyalty points earned in either place, redeemable in either place.
- Pizza Loop Payments. Card processing baked in, 3.2% + $0.05 in-person, 2.9% + $0.30 online. No separate merchant account. No monthly gateway fee.
Pricing that reflects one system
You are not paying for POS and online ordering. You are paying for one system that does both. Most shops save $250 to $600 per month on software alone by switching to Pizza Loop from a POS + separate online ordering stack. That is before counting the time you save reconciling two systems every week.
